Purchase of goods

  • The buyer chooses the desired goods, possible delivery and payment method. After making all the necessary choices and filling in all the required information, the Buyer confirms the submission of the order.

  • When you confirm the order submission and press the Buy button (order submission moment), the order is submitted to Coveris.lt for processing. "Coveris.lt" will process the order only if the entire purchase process and order submission was properly completed and there were no error messages on the website.

  • Payment can be made using electronic banking services of Swedbank, Seb, Luminor, Citadele and Šiaulių bankas. Settlements are possible in euro currency. Payments are processed using MakeCommerce.lt payment platform .

  • Please note that orders placed on the website are reviewed Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding public holidays.
  • After receiving the payment for the goods, "Coveris.lt" sends the Buyer a confirmation by e-mail. email address and begin manufacturing them according to the shipping policy below. Sends the goods by the delivery method chosen by the Buyer when placing the order.

Delivery of goods

  • On the "Coveris.lt" website, goods are produced within 1-3 working days (calculated from the next working day after placing the order).
  • The goods produced for the buyer are immediately transferred to the shipping service, but in exceptional cases (public holiday, due to force majeure) it may take a little longer, in all unforeseen cases the buyer will be informed by the contacts specified in advance.
  • The parcel delivery service usually delivers the purchased goods to the address specified by the buyer within 1-3 working days in Lithuania, within 3-7 working days in the European Union and 7-12 working days to other countries;
    Delivery services are provided by the joint-stock company "Lietuvos paštas", "Omniva" or "DPD".
  • After delivering the goods to the delivery company, we will immediately send the tracking number to the buyer.
    The buyer can find all the information about the companies and the location of the parcels on the "Lietuvos paštas" website.

Returning the goods

  • To return a product, you must:

  • Refunds there is no are accepted if: you mixed up the phone model, case type (you wanted a 3D case, ordered a 2D one or vice versa), because you changed your mind or changed the phone model, etc. reasons.
  • The seller understands that it is possible that due to various characteristics and/or settings of the computer or monitor, the appearance of the product displayed in the e-shop and the original product may differ. The seller is not responsible for any decisions made by the buyer on this basis.
  • Goods can be exchanged for others or returned only if the goods have not been used and the product label and packaging have not been damaged.
  • When returning goods or exchanging them for others, the product must be returned in the original packaging with the complete product set .
  • Money for returned goods can be returned to the buyer within 5 days from the day the goods are returned to the seller and the seller confirms that he has accepted the goods as returned. The delivery fee is not refundable .
  • If you want to return the product for an exchange or refund, we offer you to return the products using the services of secure parcel shipping companies. We are not responsible for returned goods not received. The cost of returning the goods is paid by the buyer .
